Xcelsior Health offers same-day or next-day appointments for all members. Visits run 30 to 60 minutes, giving you meaningful time with Dr. Adami rather than a hurried encounter.

Longevity Plus members receive everything in the core plan plus advanced biomarker testing three times per year, SECA body composition analysis, VO2 max and performance assessments, wearable device integration, AI-enhanced clinical insights, and a personalized Longevity Dashboard. Dr. Adami personally oversees each Longevity Plus patient. The program runs $350 per month and requires a 12-month commitment.

Core Xcelsior Direct members can cancel at any time with notice before the next billing cycle. Longevity Plus members commit to a 12-month program at enrollment. After that initial period, standard cancellation terms apply.

Yes. Members can call, text, or message Dr. Adami directly. The practice also provides a Patient Resource App with clinical information, a specialist directory, cash pricing tools, and a GLP-1 hub, keeping health resources accessible between visits.

Yes. Xcelsior Health welcomes Medicare patients as members. The flat monthly membership fee covers primary care services, and members still use Medicare for services outside the practice's scope such as specialist visits or hospital care.
