The standard adult membership runs $105 per month. Willow Creek Health caps family plans at $350 per month per household. UMM college students between ages 18 and 25 can enroll for $360 per semester. A one-time enrollment fee of $100 per member applies, though the practice currently waives this fee as an opening discount. Members who pay annually save $5 per month per member or $10 per month for families.

Membership covers unlimited in-office, telehealth, and home visits. Appointments run 30 to 60 minutes with same-day or next-day availability for urgent concerns. Members receive direct physician access via phone, text, email, and video. The membership also includes preventive care, chronic disease management, in-office procedures, discounted lab work through Quest Diagnostics, and wholesale pricing on medications. No copays and no surprise bills apply.

Willow Creek Health does not accept insurance for primary care membership fees. Members can still use insurance for hospitalizations, specialist visits, emergency care, and other services outside the practice. Many members pair their DPC membership with a high-deductible health plan or a healthshare plan for broader coverage.

A Fourth Trimester Care Plan for new mothers and newborns is also available with home visits included.

Dr. Meichsner handles a range of in-office procedures for members at no additional copay. These include mole removal, wart treatment, skin tag removal, joint injections, laceration repair, ear irrigation, and wound care. This capability reduces the need for specialist referrals or urgent care visits for many common issues.

Yes. The practice runs three focused programs beyond standard primary care. The Hormone Health Program provides six months of unlimited hormone care for $499, led by Dr. Meichsner as a Certified Hormone Health Specialist. Advanced Cardiometabolic Screening evaluates insulin resistance, lipid markers, and cardiovascular inflammation. Multi-Cancer Early Detection testing screens for biological signals linked to multiple cancers through a single blood draw.

The Willow Creek Health Foundation is a nonprofit Dr. Meichsner established to help community members who face financial barriers to care. The foundation supports DPC memberships, preventive care, labs, medications, and health education for individuals and families in the Morris area. Donations go directly toward expanding access to primary care in the community.

Non-members can schedule a one-time visit for $250, which Willow Creek Health applies toward a membership if the patient joins within the same month.
