Wildflower Pediatrics

Membership fees at Wildflower Pediatrics vary by age. The first year of life (2-12 months) costs $275 per month. Children ages 1-4 pay $199 per month, and children ages 5-21 pay $175 per month. All memberships include a one-time $100 registration fee. Families with multiple children in the same household pay no more than $550 per month combined.

Wildflower Pediatrics does not bill insurance for membership fees or office visits. The practice uses a direct-pay model with transparent, flat monthly pricing. There are no co-pays, no surprise bills, and no insurance referrals required. Families may use insurance separately for vaccines through a partnering local pharmacy.

Members receive unlimited office and telehealth visits, same or next-day appointments, no wait times, and direct access to Dr. Al-Hamad by text or call. Membership also covers in-home visits during the first month of life, all routine point-of-care testing, comprehensive well-child exams, developmental assessments, and procedures like simple laceration repairs. Home visits after the newborn period are available for an additional $150 per visit.

The Fourth Trimester Care Package is a one-time $1,400 fee covering eight weeks of care for families with a newborn aged 0-2 months. It includes four to five in-home visits, lactation support from Dr. Al-Hamad as a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist, maternal mental health screening, and a virtual prenatal planning session. All care takes place in the family's home.

Yes. Members contact Dr. Al-Hamad directly by text or phone call. The practice does not use a nurse hotline or answering service for routine member communications. Direct access is a core part of the Wildflower Pediatrics membership.

Yes. Wildflower Pediatrics offers video visits, telephone consultations, and text-based support. Telehealth visits work well for clinical assessments, feeding support, developmental check-ins, and follow-up questions. All telehealth is included in the monthly membership fee.

Wildflower Pediatrics partners with a local pharmacy for vaccine administration using health insurance. Members also have the option to use VaxSquad, a mobile vaccine unit that administers vaccines at home for children age 3 and older. The Southern Nevada Health District serves as another vaccine option for families.

Yes. Dr. Al-Hamad offers home visits to members and their families beyond the first month of life for an additional $150 per visit. Home visits are available within the practice's service area and can benefit children of any age, including school-aged kids.

Yes. Wildflower Pediatrics offers medical ear piercing to non-members for $150, which includes the cost of jewelry. Non-members with a baby in the NICU may also schedule individual visits at $250 per visit.
