Whole Human Health

Whole Human Health offers two membership options. The 12-Month Contract runs $150 per month, billed monthly via auto-draft with the first payment due at your initial appointment. The 6-Month Contract runs $175 per month, also billed via auto-draft. Neither option carries a separate sign-up fee.

Your membership covers unlimited in-office and virtual visits, same-day and next-day appointments, and direct access to Dr. Shirley by phone, text, or email. It also includes in-office blood draws, EKG, well woman exams, medication injections, suturing and wound care, skin tag removal, cryotherapy, incision and drainage, preventive and chronic care, mental health support, and help with prior authorizations and specialist referrals.

Whole Human Health does not bill insurance for membership services. You can still use your insurance for medications at the pharmacy, specialist visits, and labs or imaging performed outside the office. Dr. Shirley provides documentation and prior authorization support when your insurer requires it.

Yes. Members receive same-day and next-day appointments for urgent concerns. Dr. Shirley also handles many issues remotely through direct messaging, so members often resolve problems without needing to come in at all.

Yes. Members contact Dr. Shirley directly by phone, text, or email, including for after-hours urgent concerns. This direct access lets members address many issues remotely without a trip to an urgent care or emergency room.

Yes. Dr. Shirley conducts virtual visits as part of every membership. Telemedicine appointments count toward your unlimited visits and carry no additional cost.

Yes. Dr. Shirley runs a medically supervised weight loss program that includes a full medical evaluation, lab testing, hormone and thyroid assessment, nutritional counseling, exercise guidance, and access to FDA-approved and compounded weight loss medications. Members receive preferred pricing on compounded medications.

Both membership contracts run for a defined term of either 6 or 12 months. Early cancellation may incur a fee per the membership agreement. Whole Human Health does not charge a separate sign-up fee.
