Viva Med operates without the paperwork and delays of insurance claims. Members pay directly, which allows the practice to keep care responsive and straightforward. The practice accepts MasterCard, Visa, AmEx, Discover, check, and cash.

Viva Med members have access to same-day or next-day appointments. The practice keeps scheduling open so patients can come in when they need care rather than waiting weeks.

Beyond primary care, Viva Med provides hormone optimization, thyroid treatment, medically managed weight loss, Myers Cocktail IV infusions, aesthetics and wellness services, functional medicine, and diagnostic services. A la carte lab services are also coming soon.

Viva Med provides medically managed weight loss using Semaglutide and Tirzepatide injections. Both are once-per-week subcutaneous injections. Dr. Lacroix supervises all weight loss programs personally.
