Vitality Direct Primary Care structures membership fees by age. Children ages 0-17 pay $75 per month. Adults ages 18-39 pay $125 per month, ages 40-65 pay $150 per month, and those 66 and older pay $175 per month. Families cap out at $400 per month. A one-time registration fee of $99 applies per individual, with a $400 family maximum.

Members also receive discounted medications on-site or via home delivery and access to reduced-cost cash-pay lab work through local partners.

Appointments typically last 45 minutes, and Dr. Lersch schedules visits to last as long as needed. The practice also offers same and next-day appointments for urgent concerns, so members avoid unnecessary ER or urgent care visits.

Yes. Vitality Direct Primary Care offers virtual visits through Spruce, a secure messaging and telehealth platform. Members can also use Spruce to text Dr. Lersch directly. Wednesday appointments run exclusively as virtual visits.

Yes. Dr. Lersch has extensive experience managing complex and chronic conditions including diabetes, cardiovascular disease, thyroid disorders, metabolic syndrome, asthma, COPD, and more. The practice's longer appointment times support thorough, ongoing management of these conditions.
