About

At VitaLife Longevity Medicine, Courtney Contreras, PA-C, delivers direct primary care rooted in data and built around the White Mountains community she grew up in. Contreras served in the Marine Corps, then built her career in emergency medicine and surgery before returning to Show Low to build the practice. She caps her panel at roughly 300 members, keeping visits at 30 to 60 minutes. Dr. Jacob Oldham, MD, serves as supervising physician and leads the practice's regenerative medicine programs.

VitaLife began as an IV therapy clinic offering hydration and vitamin infusions for the active outdoor community. It has since grown into a full-service DPC practice covering primary care, bioidentical hormone therapy, GLP-1 weight management, peptide therapy, functional wellness, and NAD+ infusions. Every care plan starts with a lab-driven assessment. Members get wholesale lab pricing, same-day scheduling, direct provider messaging, and after-hours access. IV therapy, aesthetics, and skin analysis remain open to anyone without a membership.
