Yes. Members can contact Dr. Wallace by phone, text, or email around the clock for urgent needs. Office hours run Monday through Thursday, 8am to 4pm. Outside those hours, Dr. Wallace makes herself available as needed for urgent concerns that cannot wait.

Yes. Viridian Health DPC offers same-day or next-day appointments. Keeping the panel capped at 600 patients allows Dr. Wallace to maintain that level of access for each member.

Yes. Viridian Health DPC requires no contracts or long-term commitments. Members can cancel at any time with 30 days notice. Keep in mind that the panel is limited, so a spot may not be available if you choose to re-enroll. A re-enrollment fee of $199 applies to returning members.
