The annual enrollment fee covers full access to Dr. Konda and all concierge services the practice provides. This includes unlimited office visits, same-day urgent visits, 24/7 direct access to Dr. Konda, in-office labs, and care coordination. The fee does not cover outside testing, specialist fees, hospitalizations, or prescription medications.

Most standard health insurance carriers do not cover the membership fee. However, you may submit the fee to a Health Care Reimbursement Account or Health Savings Account for potential reimbursement. The practice recommends consulting a tax preparer or accountant for guidance.

Yes. Your membership does not replace health insurance. The practice strongly encourages members to maintain PPO, Medicare, or other coverage to pay for labs, imaging, specialist visits, hospitalizations, and prescription medications.

You should continue your Medicare coverage. Dr. Konda can still write prescriptions, lab orders, and radiology orders on your behalf.

Yes. Dr. Konda gives members his direct cell phone number and responds to calls, texts, Facetime, and email around the clock. For non-life-threatening urgent issues, contact the office first so Dr. Konda can assess the situation and coordinate appropriate care.

Dr. Konda maintains privileges at Naples Community Hospital. He conducts frequent rounds and works directly with your inpatient physicians to coordinate your care and plan your transition back to outpatient treatment. Note that the practice cannot expedite emergency department admissions unless arranged as a direct admit from the office.

The exam covers a full medical history review, a review of any consulting physician recommendations, a comprehensive physical exam, and a written screening schedule based on national guidelines. It also includes an EKG, spirometry, and urinalysis when clinically indicated. Lab review is part of the exam. The practice performs all in-house services at no additional out-of-pocket cost to members.

Yes. The practice issues a prorated refund if you terminate your membership before the year ends. You must submit written notice at least 30 days in advance.

Dr. Konda schedules phone or Facetime appointments to review your symptoms and provide a treatment plan when you are out of town. If he is temporarily unavailable due to illness or vacation, his office staff and physician colleagues handle your care through phone, email, or text.
