Vienna Primary and Preventive Medicine charges $109 per month for adults ages 25 to 49, and $129 per month for members age 50 and over. Members ages 18 to 24 without a parent enrolled also pay $109 per month. Children ages 6 to 24 with at least one parent enrolled pay $39 per month. The practice also collects a one-time $99 enrollment fee. Members under 18 require at least one parent to hold a membership.

Each membership includes an annual physical and up to five additional visits, in-person or virtual, per year. The practice bills additional visits beyond that at $40 each. Members also receive complimentary patient portal consultations for questions that do not require a formal visit, when medically appropriate.

The practice accepts most insurance types for labs, imaging, and specialist referrals. However, it does not participate in any insurance network, so insurance does not cover the monthly membership fee. Dr. Joffee has opted out of Medicare; Medicare-eligible patients sign a private contract to receive care.

Dr. Joffee draws blood in the office and sends specimens to Labcorp, Quest, or Sunrise depending on your insurance. Patients who prefer to pay cash for lab testing can access negotiated cash rates through Sunrise Labs.

Yes. Dr. Joffee specializes in helping patients eliminate Pre-Diabetes and Type 2 Diabetes through personalized nutrition plans, without medication. To date, 79 patients have eliminated Pre-Diabetes and 11 have eliminated Type 2 Diabetes under his guidance. He works with each patient to build a plan around foods they enjoy while targeting the right carbohydrate levels.

Yes. Vienna Primary and Preventive Medicine offers second opinion consults at $415 per hour with a two-hour minimum. These are short-term, focused engagements limited to three months. Dr. Joffee reviews a specific health problem from a primary care perspective and helps patients understand their options and next steps.
