Dr. Alexandra Grossman and Dr. Elizabeth Wolfe each bring more than two decades of outpatient primary care experience to the practice. Both physicians trained at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center and have deep roots in the Upper Valley community.
The practice runs as a physician-owned micropractice with no staff, no call centers, and no packed schedules. Each patient works with one designated doctor who knows them well across every visit. Members reach their doctor directly by text, call, or email through a personal cell number. The practice does not prescribe long-term opioid medications for chronic pain. Both physicians will work with patients on a multifactorial plan to reduce pain and improve function. This typically includes referrals to physical therapy, behavioral health, alternative medicine providers, and pain specialists alongside primary care visits.
The practice asks that you provide written notice of cancellation. Your membership continues for 30 days after your final payment, giving both you and the practice time to transition your care to a new primary care physician.
