P. North Family Medicine charges a low monthly membership fee that covers a broad range of primary care services. Billing does not start until Dr. Ash accepts enrollment and meets with the new patient. There are no co-pays for office visits, and pricing stays transparent throughout.

Members receive same-day or next-day appointments, longer visit times, and direct access to Dr. Freberg-Ash by phone, text, and email. The membership also includes on-site lab testing at up to 90% off, wholesale-priced medications dispensed on-site, in-office procedures, and rapid tests such as strep and pregnancy tests. Medically necessary home visits within 15 miles are included as well.

P. North Family Medicine does not accept insurance for office visits. Members pay a flat monthly fee instead. Many members choose to keep a separate insurance plan for hospitalizations or specialist care outside the practice.
