True North Direct Primary Care

Membership pricing at True North Direct Primary Care scales by age. Children and adults aged 0 through 25 pay $45 per month or $486 annually. Adults aged 26 to 39 pay $95 per month, and adults 40 and older pay $105 per month. Annual memberships carry a 10% discount. A family of four with two adults and two children under 26 pays $220 per month. Veterans and first responders receive a discount.

Membership covers unlimited primary care visits with no additional cost per visit. Annual lab work is included. Members also receive same-day and next-day appointment access, discounted preventive screenings such as mammograms and low-dose CT lung cancer screening, and minor procedures at the cost of supplies, which typically runs under $50.

Yes. True North provides same-day and next-day access for both acute and routine care. Members can schedule online through the Elation EMR patient portal or call the office directly. Walk-in lab hours run Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

True North Direct Primary Care operates outside of insurance for membership-based primary care. The practice partners with America First Healthcare Clearwater Plan to help members cover larger medical costs beyond the scope of primary care. True North Transformative Health, a separate chronic disease and obesity program, accepts most major health insurance.

Yes. True North provides well child and pediatric care for infants, children, and adolescents. Children enroll at $45 per month and must join alongside an adult membership. The practice addresses routine wellness visits, developmental concerns, and acute pediatric needs.

True North performs a wide range of minor procedures on-site, including joint injections, laceration repair with sutures or Dermabond, incision and drainage of abscesses, cyst excisions, skin biopsies, ingrown toenail repair, wart removal, and earwax removal. Most procedures cost only the price of supplies, typically under $50.

Yes. True North offers Small Business Health Care Plans for employers. Businesses with ten or more employees pay $95 per employee per month. Smaller businesses with fewer than ten employees receive individual pricing based on each employee's age. Family member add-ons are also available.

True North offers several services beyond standard primary care, including PRP joint therapy, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, IV and injectable nutrition therapy, NAD+ IV infusions and intramuscular injections, and Xymogen professional-grade supplements. These services are available to members and are priced separately from the base membership.
