About
At Trillium Concierge Medicine, Dr. Jill Casey and Dr. Marci Nelson bring a combined four decades of family medicine experience to a small, intentional practice in Shoreline, WA. Both physicians have spent their careers caring for families in the Shoreline and Edmonds community. They built Trillium to practice medicine the way they always believed it should work: with time, thoughtfulness, and genuine continuity.
The practice serves patients of all ages, from newborns through end of life, with no age restrictions. Members reach their physician directly by phone, secure message, or video; no call centers or triage nurses stand in the way. Dr. Casey and Dr. Nelson cover for each other seamlessly, so every member always has a physician who knows their chart. Clinical depth runs wide, from preventive care and metabolic health to menopause medicine, breastfeeding medicine, gender-affirming care, and in-office urgent care including IV fluids and antibiotic injections. Both physicians hold MSCP certification in menopause care. Dr. Casey also holds IBCLC certification, making her one of very few primary care physicians in the region who can diagnose and treat breastfeeding challenges at a clinical level.
