Total Family Wellness

Total Family Wellness charges a flat monthly fee paid directly to the practice. Members begin with an initial three-month commitment, then continue month to month. The practice does not bill insurance for DPC program services, and members pay no additional copays or deductibles for covered visits and services.

Membership includes a yearly comprehensive physical, joint and soft tissue injections (cost of injectable medication excluded), liquid nitrogen treatments, in-office EKGs, urinalysis, strep tests, and pregnancy tests. Members also receive unlimited communication with Dr. Moss by text, phone, email, and video at no extra charge. Vaccines are billed separately at cost, and members receive wholesale discounts on outside laboratory work.

Yes. Total Family Wellness offers same-day appointments for DPC members. The practice keeps its panel intentionally small so Dr. Moss can respond quickly to urgent needs without long waits.

Yes to both. Dr. Moss conducts secure video visits as part of the membership. Home visits are also available for an additional fee for patients who need care at home.

The DPC membership fee runs outside of insurance, and the practice does not bill insurance for program services. Many members choose to keep a separate high-deductible health plan or health sharing arrangement alongside their membership to cover specialist visits, hospitalizations, or major procedures.

Total Family Wellness serves patients from infancy through the senior years. Dr. Moss handles pediatric care, adult primary care, and geriatric care all within a single practice.

Yes. Since 2018, the practice has offered aesthetic treatments including laser procedures via the Alma Harmony XL Pro platform, EMSCULPT NEO body contouring, EMSELLA pelvic floor therapy, dermal fillers, and wrinkle relaxers. These services are available separately from the DPC membership.
