About
At Thrive Family Health, Dr. Kelly Boyatt brings more than 25 years of family medicine experience to a solo DPC practice in Old Town Temecula, California. She built the practice around four core values: Listening First, Whole-Person Care, Partner in Your Health, and Excellence and Integrity. Medicine runs deep in her family. Her mother practiced as a family physician, and her grandfather was among the first family physicians in Victorville. That legacy shaped her conviction that care should be personal and relationship-driven.
Dr. Boyatt holds board certification in Family Medicine and earned her Menopause Society Certified Practitioner credential in 2026. The practice covers the full range of primary care, including preventive care, acute illness, chronic disease management, pediatrics, and women's health. She holds a particular focus on menopause and perimenopause, offering evidence-based hormone therapy outside of pellet protocols. Membership fees range from $85 to $185 per month by age group, with no copays or per-visit charges. Dr. Boyatt serves patients across Temecula, Murrieta, and the surrounding Riverside County communities.

Medicare patients are welcome as members at Thrive Family Health. Dr. Boyatt has opted out of Medicare, which means neither the patient nor the practice bills Medicare for primary care services. New Medicare members sign a short private contract before their first visit, as federal law requires. Existing Medicare benefits continue to apply to outside services like labs, imaging, specialists, and hospital care.

Yes. Dr. Boyatt makes home visits within a 5-mile radius of the practice, based on availability. Home visits carry an additional fee beyond the monthly membership.
Prospective patients can schedule a free 15-minute Meet and Greet with Dr. Boyatt before joining. The conversation carries no obligation and gives both patient and physician a chance to determine whether Thrive is the right fit. Enrollment begins after that initial meeting.
Yes. Menopause and perimenopause care represent a core part of the practice's clinical focus. Dr. Boyatt holds a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner credential, earned in 2026.
