The Well

The Well charges $125 per child each month. Families pay a $300 monthly maximum regardless of how many children they enroll. A one-time $100 enrollment fee applies per family at sign-up.

The membership covers unlimited visits, well-child exams, same or next-day sick visits, sports and camp physicals, telehealth services, newborn care, chronic condition management, behavioral and developmental support, sleep and potty training guidance, and ADHD and autism evaluation and management. Members also get direct access to Dr. Lusk by text, phone, or email at any time.

The Well bills vaccines and immunizations to insurance. For families without insurance coverage, self-pay rates are available. Vaccine costs fall outside the monthly membership fee.

Yes. Dr. Lusk makes herself available by text, call, or email at any time. This direct access is built into every membership at The Well.

Yes. The Well offers telehealth services for enrolled members. Dr. Lusk serves families via telehealth across all of Texas, making care accessible beyond the Chappell Hill area.

Families enroll through the SigmaMD platform by completing an enrollment form. After you submit the form, Dr. Lusk follows up within 24 hours to discuss next steps and get your family officially enrolled.

Yes. The Well offers limited one-time sick visits and sports or camp physicals at $200 per visit. Dr. Lusk also performs ear piercings for $100. These services suit families who want to experience the practice before committing to a membership.

The Well focuses exclusively on pediatric care. Dr. Lusk sees children from the newborn stage through the school-age years, covering the full range of childhood health needs.

Yes. Sports and camp physicals fall within the monthly membership at no additional charge. Non-members can also schedule physicals as a one-time visit at $200.
