The Manette Clinic

Individual membership costs $105 per month for adults 19 and over. Children ages 0-18 pay $75 per month. Couples pay $185 per month and families of up to six pay $235 per month. A one-time $100 enrollment fee applies per household. The clinic offers discounts for low-income patients and those serving in full-time ministry. Employer and employee membership plans are also available.

The membership covers everything the clinic performs in-office, with no co-pays. That includes physicals, sick visits, well-child exams, lab draws, flu shots, sutures, injury assessments, diabetes management, chronic condition care, medication management, travel medicine consultations, and more. Anything sent outside the clinic, such as outside lab analysis or biopsies, carries an additional charge.

The clinic does not bill private insurance under the membership plan. Members pay their monthly fee in place of insurance billing. The clinic bills Noridian Medicare on behalf of patients whose primary insurance is Medicare. Medicare patients do not pay the monthly membership fee separately.

Yes. The Manette Clinic operates a dedicated provider line seven days a week for acute concerns. The line accepts voicemails and texts at 360-621-1104. This line gives members direct access to clinical staff without going through the front desk. Office hours run Monday through Thursday, 8am to 5pm, with a lunch closure from 1 to 2pm.

Yes, the clinic offers both telemedicine appointments and home visits. Members can schedule video or phone consultations in addition to standard in-office appointments. The patient portal through CharmTracker also supports secure messaging and online scheduling.

Every in-person appointment runs at least 30 minutes. The clinic also offers same-day appointments for urgent concerns such as illness or injury.

No. The Manette Clinic does not require a long-term contract. Members can cancel with 30 days written notice.
