The first step is scheduling a complimentary 15-20 minute Discovery Call. After you submit the inquiry form, the Practice Manager personally calls you to discuss your needs and guide you through next steps. The Functional MDs accepts only a limited number of new patients at a time.

Yes. The Functional MDs offers telehealth visits via a secure video platform. Virtual care reaches patients across Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, and Washington. The telehealth model delivers the same clinical depth and advanced testing protocols as in-person visits.

The Functional MDs sees in-person patients at its Carmel, Indiana location. Patients outside of Indiana can access the same physician-led care through secure telehealth visits.
