New patients start with a complimentary 15-minute information call with Practice Manager Karen Retana or COO Nadia Van der Heyden. That conversation helps determine which program best fits your needs. The Elm currently accepts patients who are residents of Connecticut or New York.

The Elm offers several structured care programs. The Signature Health Program is a 12-month in-person program at Greenwich and Westport. The Hormone Therapy Program is a six-month telehealth program for patients in CT and NY. The Next Gen Program serves women under 30 with a 12-month in-person structure. The Longevity Bar offers injection services to both members and non-members at both locations.

The Elm does not participate with commercial insurance and does not accept Medicaid or Medicare. Labs, imaging, and pathology bill through your insurance. The practice provides superbills for annual visits and procedures so you can seek reimbursement from your insurer directly.

The Elm does not publicly list membership pricing. The practice encourages prospective patients to schedule a complimentary information call to discuss program options. Longevity Bar injection services have published pricing: B12 starts at $102 per single injection, Vitamin D at $162, NAD+ at $210, Glutathione at $132, and Tri-Immune at $180. Signature Program members receive a 20% discount on Longevity Bar services.

The Longevity Bar is The Elm's injection services offering, available at both the Greenwich and Westport offices. A licensed nursing team administers injections under physician-led protocols. Services include Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, NAD+, Glutathione, and Tri-Immune injections. The Longevity Bar is open to both Elm members and non-members, and gift cards are available for these services.

The Dr. Robbins Method is the three-phase clinical protocol Dr. Alicia Robbins developed and uses as the standard of care at The Elm. Phase 1 builds foundational health, Phase 2 delivers personalized hormone therapy, and Phase 3 focuses on longevity and optimization. Every clinician at The Elm trains in this method under Dr. Robbins's direct mentorship.
