Sonoran Sol offers two care models. The Subscription Membership provides a flat monthly fee covering physician time, comprehensive physicals, telehealth access, and standard in-office diagnostics. The Pay-Per-Visit model lets patients book individual appointments for acute care, IV therapy, OMM sessions, or physicals without a monthly commitment. The practice does not bill insurance for visits or membership fees, but patients can submit a Superbill for potential reimbursement from their own insurer.

Yes. Sonoran Sol accepts HSA and FSA funds for a la carte visits, IV vitamin therapy, weight loss counseling, annual wellness exams, and in many cases the monthly membership fee. The practice recommends verifying membership eligibility with your plan administrator or tax advisor before applying those funds.

No. Sonoran Sol operates by appointment only. However, Dr. Mercado reserves daily slots for acute sick visits. Subscription members can text or call the clinic directly to secure a same-day or next-day opening.

The monthly membership covers all of Dr. Mercado's time, comprehensive annual physicals, telehealth access, and standard in-office diagnostics. Outside laboratory tests and specialized IV therapy infusions carry additional costs. Prescription costs and outside imaging are also separate.

Yes. Sonoran Sol requires no long-term contracts. Members cancel by providing 30 days of written notice. The practice does not lock patients into multi-month or annual commitments.

Yes. Dr. Mercado offers telehealth visits through the HIPAA-compliant OptiMantra portal. She treats patients anywhere in Arizona, so residents outside the East Valley can still access her care remotely.

Sonoran Sol offers a complimentary 15-minute discovery call with Dr. Mercado before you commit to a membership. This call lets you discuss your health goals directly with the doctor and determine which care model fits your needs.

Sonoran Sol primarily serves the greater East Valley, including Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe, Scottsdale, Queen Creek, Ahwatukee, and Gold Canyon. Telehealth capabilities allow Dr. Mercado to treat patients anywhere in Arizona.

Yes. Dr. Mercado offers custom IV therapy and vitamin infusions at the clinic. Specialized IV therapy is not included in the monthly membership fee and carries an additional cost. Pay-Per-Visit patients can book individual IV sessions without a membership.

Yes. Sonoran Sol plans to expand into aesthetic medicine, including Botox, chemical peels, and anti-aging skin rejuvenation. These services are coming soon and will be offered directly in the clinic under Dr. Mercado's care.
