Yes. Simply Medicine allows members to cancel at any time. The practice issues an immediate refund for any pre-paid months remaining at the time of cancellation.

No. The monthly membership covers the full scope of Dr. Miller's care, including in-office testing, treatments, and telehealth visits, with no co-pays or claims to file.

Dr. Miller personally speaks with every prospective patient or parent before enrollment. She offers a free virtual or in-person meet-and-greet consultation so both parties can determine whether the practice is a good fit. From there, enrollment is straightforward.

Members receive unlimited telemedicine visits, extended office appointments, same-day sick visits, and 24/7 direct access to Dr. Miller by cell phone, email, and text. The membership also covers all in-office lab work and testing, including rapid strep, rapid flu, and urinalysis. In-house treatments such as nebulized medications, corticosteroid knee injections, and ear wax removal carry no additional charge for members.

Yes. Dr. Miller makes house calls for members. She also provides free in-home visits for newborns during their first month of life, giving new families support right from the start.

Yes. Members have direct access to Dr. Miller's personal cell phone, email, and text around the clock. After-hours care is a core part of the Simply Medicine membership.

Yes. Dr. Miller holds board certification in both Pediatrics and Internal Medicine. She sees newborns, children, adolescents, and adults, making Simply Medicine a single practice for the entire family.

Yes. Simply Medicine uses a fully HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform with two-way HD video, secure messaging, photo sharing, and prescription management. Members can request telehealth visits the same day and connect with Dr. Miller from home or work.

Dr. Miller manages a wide range of chronic conditions including hypertension, diabetes, asthma, allergies, depression, anxiety, arthritis, cardiovascular disease, ADHD, PCOS, and thyroid conditions. She also provides women's health services covering birth control, menopause, osteoporosis, STD screening, and cancer prevention.
