Membership costs $99 per month. There is also a one-time $99 signup fee. The monthly fee covers unlimited office visits, annual physicals, wellness exams, sports and school physicals, basic in-office procedures, and treatment of acute illnesses and minor injuries. Simple Primary Care Solutions does not require a minimum contract, and members can cancel with 30 days written notice.

Yes. Members contact Dr. King any time via phone, text, or app. He typically responds within a couple of hours. Office hours run Monday through Thursday, 8:30 am to 5 pm, and Friday, 8:30 am to noon.

Simple Primary Care Solutions offers same-day and next-day appointments with little to no wait time. Members do not deal with long waits typical of traditional primary care offices.

Simple Primary Care Solutions does not bill insurance for membership services. The monthly fee covers the vast majority of primary care needs directly. Members may still carry insurance or a health-sharing plan for specialty care, hospitalizations, or other services outside the practice's scope.

Yes on both. Family plans cover up to four family members for one flat monthly rate. The practice also offers employer-sponsored plans for businesses of any size. Office manager Chelsey Torres can answer specific questions about membership options.

Yes. Dr. King conducts telehealth visits for current members. Members can also reach him directly via phone, text, or app for non-urgent questions and medical guidance outside of formal appointments.

The practice serves patients ages 3 and older. Families can enroll children, teens, and adults under the same membership structure.

Yes. Dr. King offers bioidentical hormone pellet therapy customized through a compounding pharmacy. Members receive a 20% discount on hormone therapy services. The pellet insertion takes place in a quick in-office procedure. He also offers peptide therapy for weight loss, hormone optimization, sleep, and other health goals.
