Membership fees do not cover professional medical services, which Dr. Siegal's practice bills separately.

No. Siegal CCPHP membership fees cover amenities and enhancements only. Your health insurance plan may cover some or all of those professional services.

Yes. Siegal CCPHP arranges for same-day or next-business-day appointments with Dr. Siegal. This applies to non-urgent care as well, regardless of medical necessity. If Dr. Siegal is unavailable, a covering physician or practitioner steps in.

Yes. Dr. Siegal offers virtual visits via telemedicine when clinically appropriate and practicable. Members can request a telemedicine visit through the practice's communications channels, including phone and email.

The SENS Solution is a personalized wellness assessment program that focuses on four lifestyle pillars: Sleep, Exercise, Nutrition, and Stress Management. Members complete an electronic self-assessment, and a SENS Health Coach reviews the results. Dr. Siegal then works with the health coach to create and monitor a customized wellness plan for each member.

Yes. Members may walk in for blood pressure and other vital sign screenings without an appointment during normal office hours. Dr. Siegal or another practitioner at the practice provides these screenings.

Yes. Members can request a physical fitness consultation with an exercise specialist, who develops a personalized exercise plan based on health, fitness level, and personal goals. The practice also arranges nutrition consultations with a qualified community-based nutritionist. Members bear the cost of these consultations to the extent their insurance does not cover them.

Members can reach Dr. Siegal and the practice by telephone, cellular phone, fax, or email. Dr. Siegal is generally available around the clock for communications. The practice also provides a dedicated personal administrative assistant to help coordinate referrals, scheduling, and other administrative health needs.

Yes. Dr. Siegal provides travel medicine advice and can administer recommended vaccinations he is licensed to provide. He can also arrange MediVac services upon request. Members pay the cost of vaccines and MediVac services directly.

Siegal CCPHP dedicates office staff to expedited check-in and check-out for members. Dr. Siegal makes his best effort to be available at the time of scheduled appointments. The practice's goal is to minimize waiting time at every visit.
