Sea and Sun Health

Individual membership costs $99 per month with a $99 enrollment fee due in the first month. Couple membership runs $149 per month with a $149 enrollment fee. Family membership costs $199 per month with a $199 enrollment fee and covers up to five family members. Families can add each additional child beyond five for $30 per child per month. Membership billing begins in the second month in arrears.

Sea and Sun Health does not bill health insurance. The practice charges a transparent monthly membership fee that covers primary care visits without co-pays or surprise billing. Members may still use their insurance for specialists, hospital visits, emergencies, labs, and imaging.

Yes. Sea and Sun Health has opted out of Medicare to deliver a quality primary care experience for Medicare patients. Dr. Guerra enters a straightforward agreement with each Medicare patient confirming that the practice will not bill or claim reimbursement from Medicare. Medicare patients may still use their coverage for other services outside the practice.

Membership covers unlimited primary care visits with no per-visit fees, including annual and sports physicals, well child checks, urgent and sick visits, chronic disease management, in-office procedures, televisits, and home visits within a 10-mile radius. Members also receive direct communication with Dr. Guerra and access to discounted lab pricing, discounted medications with free local delivery, and discounted weight management services.

Yes. Sea and Sun Health offers same and next-day visits for sick and injury concerns. Members also communicate directly with Dr. Guerra to develop a plan when needs arise outside of typical office hours, which run Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Yes, on a limited basis. Non-members may schedule an Annual Physical for $200, a School Physical for $175, or a Sports Physical for $150. Non-members may also access the weight management service. Non-members do not have access to other visits or member benefits.

Yes. Sea and Sun Health offers televisits for patients who cannot come into the office. Dr. Guerra also conducts home visits within a 10-mile radius of the practice at his discretion. Both options give members flexible access to care.

Yes. Sea and Sun Health opens the weight management service to both members and non-members. The program fee covers all doctor visits, 3-D body composition scanning and measurements, EKG procedure and interpretation, and lab orders with results review. Sea and Sun Health serves patients of all ages, from newborns through older adults. Dr. Guerra provides family medicine care for children, adults, and seniors, including those with Medicare.

Yes. Dr. Guerra is fully fluent in English and Spanish. Office assistant Ely is also fluent in both languages. Spanish-speaking patients receive full care and communication support throughout their time with the practice.
