Sasser Direct Primary Care

Membership at Sasser Direct Primary Care starts at $100 per month for adults ages 30 to 65. Adults ages 18 to 30 pay $50 per month. Patients over 65 pay $125 per month. A one-time $75 enrollment fee applies per family. An individual-plus-spouse plan starts at $185 per month, based on the older member's age.

The membership covers unlimited office visits, an annual physical exam, preventive health maintenance, chronic disease management, sports physicals, simple office procedures, same-day and next-day appointments, and after-hours care. Members also get direct communication with Dr. Sasser. Medications at wholesale pricing and discounted lab and imaging rates are available on top of the membership.

The DPC model does not bill insurance for primary care services. The concierge option does bill insurance but adds enhanced access on top of standard coverage. The practice does not currently accept Medicare Part B. Dr. Sasser recommends pairing DPC membership with a Zion HealthShare plan to cover major medical events outside primary care.

Yes. Sasser Direct Primary Care dispenses medications in-clinic at wholesale pricing. This includes GLP-1 medications. Members save on prescriptions and avoid a separate pharmacy trip for many common medications.

Yes. Dr. Sasser offers telehealth visits for members who prefer remote access. Members can also reach him directly by phone or text for minor concerns that do not require an in-person visit.

Sasser Direct Primary Care offers same-day and next-day appointments for members. The practice also has no waiting room delays once a patient arrives for their visit.

Yes. The practice works with businesses employing one to 50 people. Dr. Sasser and his team consult on self-insured, fully insured, and non-benefited employee plan options. The practice also offers Level Funding plan evaluations, which can provide more predictable health benefit costs for smaller employers.

A Level Funding plan has your business pay a fixed monthly amount that covers expected medical claims, administrative costs, and stop-loss insurance. If claims run lower than expected, the business may receive a refund at year end. Sasser Direct Primary Care offers complimentary evaluations and helps businesses compare plan options based on employee census data.

Yes. Dr. Sasser recommends pairing DPC membership with the Zion HealthShare Essentials plan as a cost-effective alternative to traditional commercial insurance. The DPC membership handles day-to-day primary care, while the health share plan provides protection against major medical expenses.
