Robbins Concierge Medicine

Robbins Concierge Medicine offers three tiers. Gold starts at $250 per month or $2,750 annually. Platinum runs $400 per month or $4,400 annually. Diamond is $650 per month or $7,150 annually. Each annual plan saves members one month of fees.

Diamond members receive unlimited 24/7 phone and text access to Dr. Robbins. The practice schedules in-home visits within 24 hours. All basic labs, including CBC, BMP, CMP, TSH, A1C, and PSA, are included at no additional cost. Members also receive semiannual in-home wellness visits and an annual comprehensive exam.

Gold members receive phone and text access to Dr. Robbins from 8AM to 8PM, Monday through Friday. The practice schedules in-home visits within 48 to 72 hours, with fees that may apply. Labs are discounted to provider cost plus 20%. Gold members may schedule up to four in-home visits per year. All Gold members also receive semiannual wellness visits and an annual comprehensive exam.

The practice does not bill insurance for membership fees. Membership operates on a direct subscription basis between the patient and Dr. Robbins. Patients may still carry insurance for other services such as specialist referrals, imaging, or hospitalizations.

Yes. Dr. Robbins offers telemedicine visits for all members. Phone and text availability is built into every membership tier, with Diamond members having 24/7 access and other tiers available during defined daily hours.

Response times depend on your membership tier. Diamond members receive in-home visits within 24 hours. Platinum members receive visits within 24 to 48 hours. Gold members receive visits within 48 to 72 hours. All members can also reach Dr. Robbins by phone or text during their tier's designated hours.

Platinum members pay provider cost plus 10% on all labs, with basic labs included twice per year. Gold members pay provider cost plus 20% on all labs.
