Ridgeline Family Health charges monthly membership fees that vary by age and household size. All memberships require a one-time enrollment fee of $80 per person or household. Families with more than two children enrolled pay no additional fee for additional children. Membership fees qualify for HSA and FSA payment.

No. Ridgeline Family Health does not accept health insurance, Medicaid, or Medicare for membership fees or visit costs. Patients may pay with cash, check, or credit and submit receipts to their private insurer for potential reimbursement on their own. Medicare and Medicaid patients can still receive care with a signed waiver, but the practice does not bill those programs and membership fees are not reimbursable through them.

Yes. Ridgeline Family Health accepts HSA and FSA payments for memberships and services. Automatic monthly electronic withdrawals from a bank account or debit and credit card are also available, with a 3% processing fee. Cash and check payments work as well.

Members receive unlimited office visits, 24/7 provider access, chronic medical care management, preventive visits, well child visits, sports physicals, behavioral health support, and a wide range of in-office procedures. These include minor laceration repair, skin lesion biopsies, joint injections, splinting and casting, cryotherapy, trigger-point injections, nail removal, and basic vision and EKG services. Members also receive OMT at a reduced rate of $45 per session. Labs, imaging, and pathology are outsourced, and members pay a negotiated cash price with no markups.

Non-members can book individual OMT sessions directly with Dr. Bilyeu at the standard non-member rate. Members receive a reduced OMT rate of $45 per session. The practice does not offer one-time visits for any non-OMT healthcare concerns.

Yes. Ridgeline Family Health offers corporate and employer plans that allow businesses to provide DPC memberships at a fraction of a typical insurance premium. Employers can cover full or partial membership costs, and the practice works with each business to find a plan that fits.

Membership at Ridgeline Family Health covers outpatient primary care services only. If Dr. Bilyeu determines a patient needs a specialist or surgeon, he provides a referral, but that care falls outside the membership. Hospital stays are managed by a hospitalist or surgeon, not Dr. Bilyeu directly.

No. Members sign an enrollment agreement, but no long-term contract exists. Patients can leave the practice at any time. The practice values a good fit between the patient, the doctor, and the care model.

Ridgeline Family Health negotiates directly with labs and imaging facilities for cash-pay pricing. Because those facilities avoid the administrative burden of insurance billing, they offer lower rates. Members pay the negotiated cash price with no markups, and Dr. Bilyeu shares the cost before placing any orders.
