Renaissance Health

Renaissance Health uses age-based pricing. Members under 30 pay $125 per month. Members between 30 and 64 pay $195 per month. Members over 65 pay $395 per month. A Women's Health Membership is available at $95 per month. Immediate family members receive 25 percent off their membership fee.

Renaissance Health collects a registration fee equal to three monthly payments before the first visit. This fee covers the first, second, and last months of membership. It is a one-time cost that secures your place in the practice.

Each membership includes one to two virtual visits per month and unlimited portal messaging with Dr. George. Members also receive access to discounted lab services and discounted prescriptions and supplements. Dr. George coordinates specialist care directly and handles all patient communications herself.

Renaissance Health does not bill insurance for its services. Members can use their insurance for labs, prescriptions, specialists, imaging, emergencies, and hospitalizations. The practice does accept HSA and FSA funds. Upon request, Dr. George can provide a superbill, which some insurance plans may partially reimburse on an out-of-network basis.

Dr. George welcomes Medicare recipients as patients. However, Renaissance Health has opted out of Medicare, so the practice cannot bill Medicare and members cannot submit superbills to Medicare for reimbursement. Members can still use Medicare for hospitalizations, emergencies, labs, prescriptions, and specialist visits outside the practice.

Yes. The majority of visits at Renaissance Health take place virtually. Dr. George conducts video and telehealth appointments and serves patients throughout California. For urgent situations, members should have access to a local urgent care center or emergency room.

The first medical visit at Renaissance Health runs 90 minutes. That time allows Dr. George to take a thorough history and build a comprehensive picture of your health. Prospective patients can start with a free 15 to 20 minute meet-and-greet consultation before committing to a membership.

Prospective patients can schedule a free 15 to 20 minute consultation directly through the practice website. That conversation gives you a chance to meet Dr. George and ask questions before enrolling. If you decide to join, the registration fee is due before your first visit.

If you cancel your membership and later wish to re-enroll, Renaissance Health charges a re-enrollment fee of $350. The practice structures this fee to encourage continuity of care and ongoing commitment to the wellness process.

Yes. Renaissance Health works with a limited number of patients who need payment scholarships or reduced fees. Prospective patients with financial constraints can reach out directly to discuss options with Dr. George.
