Reimagined Health

Adult memberships run $110 per month. Children under 2 and adults over 24 are also $110 per month, while patients ages 2 to 24 are $80 per month. Families pay a maximum of $500 per month. Additional children after the two youngest receive 50 percent off their monthly rate. A one-time enrollment fee of $100 per patient applies, though the practice waives this fee for any family member after the third enrollee.

The monthly membership covers unlimited office visits and all physician services with no copays. Members also receive 24/7 access to their physician by text, phone, email, and virtual visit. Discounted rates on labs and imaging apply to members as well.

Reimagined Health does not accept insurance for membership fees or physician services. The practice encourages members to carry a high-deductible health plan or a health share arrangement for hospitalizations, specialist care, and other needs the membership does not cover. Reimagined Health also partners with Taro Health on plans that bundle a DPC membership into the insurance premium.

Yes. Reimagined Health offers same-day appointments for members. The practice also provides around-the-clock access by text, phone, email, and virtual visit, so members can reach their physician directly without waiting for an opening.

Yes. Dr. Jacob Greuel provides full obstetric care within the DPC membership, making Reimagined Health the only DPC practice in Oklahoma currently offering pregnancy care this way. Prenatal care includes unlimited bedside ultrasounds and direct physician access throughout the pregnancy. An obstetric and newborn care package is available to members for $1,500, with cesarean deliveries available for an additional $600.

Yes. Members access virtual visits as part of their membership. Telemedicine supplements in-person care and gives members a convenient option for concerns that do not require an office visit.
