Yes. Members contact Dr. Dean directly by text, phone, or email 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Office hours run Monday through Friday from 12 PM to 6 PM, but the practice schedules appointments at any hour. That access extends to telehealth visits and house calls when needed.

Real Health DPC does not accept insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. Members pay Dr. Dean directly through a flat monthly fee, which eliminates co-pays and insurance billing entirely. The practice also cannot treat active duty military members covered under TRICARE.

Dr. Dean performs wound care, cryotherapy, abscess drainage, cyst removal, skin biopsies, trigger point injections, IV therapy, osteopathic manual therapy, Botox for chronic migraines or TMJ dysfunction, IUD and Nexplanon placements, casting for fractures, and vasectomies. He also uses point-of-care ultrasound for musculoskeletal diagnostics and joint therapies.
