Raphael Direct Primary Care charges a one-time enrollment fee plus a monthly membership fee. Children ages 0 to 17 pay a $50 enrollment fee and $50 per month. Adults 18 and older pay a $100 enrollment fee and $100 per month. Families with two or more children pay a $300 enrollment fee and $300 per month.

The practice does not bill insurance for membership fees or visits. Patients pay Dr. Dunn directly through a monthly membership. Carrying a separate insurance plan for hospitalizations, specialist referrals, or labs outside the practice is advisable, but insurance does not factor into your day-to-day care at Raphael Direct Primary Care.

Yes. Members contact Dr. Dunn directly by phone, text, or email. This direct access is a built-in feature of the membership and covers after-hours questions and concerns.

Membership covers primary care visits, preventive exams, chronic disease management, in-office procedures, and functional medicine consultations with Dr. Dunn. Members also receive personalized nutrition planning, supplement guidance, and access to advanced functional testing including hormone panels, gut microbiome analysis, and nutrigenomic testing. InBody body composition scans are also available.

Yes. Dr. Dunn sees patients of all ages, including children from birth through age 17. The children's membership is $50 per month with a $50 enrollment fee. Families with two or more children qualify for the family pricing tier at $300 per month.

Dr. Dunn performs a range of in-office procedures including joint injections, trigger point injections, trigger finger injections, laceration repairs, abscess incision and drainage, skin lesion biopsy, mole and skin tag removal, wart removal, toenail removal, earwax removal, and foreign body removal.

Dr. Dunn uses functional medicine to identify underlying contributors to chronic illness. She orders expanded diagnostic panels covering hormones, gut health, organic acids, food sensitivities, heavy metals, and genetics. She then creates individualized care plans addressing nutrition, sleep, stress, detoxification, and supplementation alongside conventional medical management.
