Members reach Dr. Bainbridge by phone, text, or email. PuraVita Care uses Spruce, a HIPAA-compliant messaging platform, for secure communication. For urgent problems, members can call at any time. For non-urgent matters, Dr. Bainbridge asks patients to use text or email and expect a response during business hours.

PuraVita Care provides labs and medications at wholesale or at-cost pricing. A CBC with differential costs $5, a lipid panel costs $5, and an HbA1c costs $10. Members can use these prices instead of running labs through insurance, often saving significantly on out-of-pocket costs.

PuraVita Care handles a wide range of in-office procedures. These include joint injections, wound repair and sutures, ear wax removal, cryotherapy, punch and shave biopsies, abscess incision and drainage, and foreign body removal. The practice also provides basic vision and hearing testing, EKG, and point-of-care testing for strep, mono, flu, and more. Most basic procedures carry no additional cost for members.
