Professional Integrative Care offers two membership tiers. The monthly plan runs $299 per month on a 12-month commitment. The annual plan costs $3,299 paid upfront. Labs and specialist visits fall outside the membership fee, though the practice may provide access to discounted lab pricing.

Members receive 60-minute appointments, same-day or next-day urgent visits, telemedicine access, bi-annual executive physicals with advanced biometrics, comprehensive lab ordering and review, medication and hormone therapy management, holistic lifestyle coaching, wearable device data integration, and ADHD and stress management support. Membership also provides discounted pricing on PRP and BMAC regenerative procedures.

The practice does not bill insurance for any services Dr. Fosselman provides. Upon request, the practice will provide a superbill you can submit to your insurer. The practice recommends members maintain at least a high-deductible insurance plan to cover labs, specialist visits, and catastrophic care.

New members begin with an executive physical as part of the intake process. Before that appointment, you complete intake paperwork online through a secure member portal and submit lab orders electronically, typically about one week prior to your first visit.

Yes. Professional Integrative Care offers same-day and next-day appointments for urgent and sick visits. This access applies to current members as part of their membership benefits.

Yes. Dr. Fosselman offers telemedicine visits for members. This allows patients to connect with him remotely for appropriate concerns without requiring an in-person visit.

Professional Integrative Care offers PRP and BMAC injections through the Regenexx network. Members pay $400 per PRP kit and $3,000 for BMAC. Non-members pay $800 and $4,000 respectively. A musculoskeletal consultation costs $300 for non-members, and a $500 BMAC pre-consultation fee applies as a credit toward the procedure.
