Primestin Care

Primary Care memberships cost $80 per month for adults 18 and older. Children 17 and under pay $60 per month. Primestin Care offers three tiers: Virtual Care, Primary Care, and Advanced Care. The Primary Care tier serves members near the St. George, Utah office and includes both in-person and virtual access.

Primestin Care does not accept insurance for membership fees. The practice works with HealthShares and Planstin-designed group benefits plans, including Zion HealthShare. Members can use those arrangements alongside their membership to help cover costs outside the membership scope.

Labs are not included in the base membership fee, but Primestin Care orders labs for members at preferred pricing. Advanced Care members receive a $250 lab allowance as part of their tier.

Yes. Primestin Care offers same-day and walk-in appointments during business hours. The Primary Care clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The care coordination team is available Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 8:30 PM by phone.

Primestin Care provides 24/7 telehealth access through Teladoc Health. Members can also connect with their care team through the Primestin Care app, available on iOS and Google Play. The app supports booking, messaging, and virtual visits.

Yes. Primestin Care partners with Talkspace to give members virtual access to licensed mental health providers. The first three months of mental health access cost an extra $50 per month and include two video visits and messaging. After three months, continued access runs $200 per month.

Yes. The Virtual Care membership tier serves members who live outside the St. George area. Virtual Care provides access to primary care and care coordination remotely. The Primary Care tier is designed for members who live near the St. George office and want in-person access.

Primestin Care covers a broad range of primary care services. These include chronic disease management, preventive care, women's health, family planning, weight loss management, hormone management, wound care, hyperbaric medicine, urgent care, and well-child checks. The practice also handles missionary and school physicals and coordinates specialist referrals.

Yes. Every Primestin Care member has access to a dedicated care coordination team. The team manages specialist referrals, health advocacy, and patient support. Coordinators are available by phone Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 8:30 PM.
