Individual memberships run $50 per month, or $600 per year. Married couples pay $100 per month. Children join for $10 per month when at least one parent holds a membership.

Your membership gives you unlimited access to a primary care physician. Members also receive considerably lower pricing on labs, in-office medications, and imaging studies. Telehealth visits and in-office procedures are available for small co-pays.

Yes. A first visit fee of $100 applies for adults; children pay no first visit fee. After that, in-office visits carry a $15 co-pay for adults and $8 for children. Televisits cost $10 for adults and $5 for children.

Premier Direct Primary Care does not accept insurance. Members pay the practice directly through their monthly subscription. The practice strongly encourages members to carry a high-deductible, low-premium plan to cover emergencies, hospitalizations, specialists, and medications.

Yes. Premier Direct Primary Care offers virtual visits via smartphone, tablet, or computer for a small co-pay. Televisits work well for blood pressure follow-ups, rash evaluations, and other concerns that do not require an in-person exam.

The practice lists prices transparently for all labs and in-office medications. For imaging, the team actively searches for the lowest available cash-pay rates on X-rays, ultrasounds, MRIs, and CTs in the area.

The practice runs in-office tests for flu, strep, mono, RSV, hemoccult, urinalysis, and pregnancy. Send-out labs are also available at affordable pricing.
