The Executive Physical includes a comprehensive biophysical lab panel covering cardiac and lipid testing, a Cleveland Clinic cardiac risk assessment, biannual cancer marker screenings for six cancer types, hormone and thyroid panels, inflammatory markers, vitamin and mineral screening, and pre-diabetes and Lyme disease screening. The program also includes a Virtual Heart and Full Body Scan, carotid ultrasound screening, in-house blood draws by a dedicated phlebotomist, and nutritionist counseling. Dr. Sobhani delivers each member a personalized report with recommendations after the assessment.

The Virtual Heart and Full Body Scan uses advanced imaging technology to detect near-microscopic amounts of plaque in blood vessels. Early detection of arterial plaque can prevent up to 80 percent of heart attacks. Dr. Sobhani incorporates this scan into the Executive Physical to identify cardiovascular risk before symptoms appear.
