The base DPC membership runs $99 per month per adult on a 12-month plan. The DPC + Functional Medicine membership costs $249 per month. Both plans require a one-time enrollment fee of $100 at the time of scheduling the first appointment.

The DPC membership covers annual comprehensive wellness exams, acute care visits, flu, strep, COVID, and rapid testing, medication management, telemedicine, and secure patient portal messaging. Members also receive a supplement discount.

The DPC + Functional Medicine membership includes everything in the base DPC plan plus a root-cause functional medicine approach and lifestyle coaching. That coaching covers consultations with a Registered Dietitian, an Exercise Physiologist, and a Health Coach.

No. The DPC membership covers a wide range of primary care services without requiring insurance. Members pay a flat monthly fee directly to the practice. Practical Healing Center recommends pairing the membership with a low-cost insurance plan or health-sharing arrangement for specialist and hospital needs.

Practical Healing Center operates three locations. The Wadsworth, OH office is at 1348 Sharon Copley Road. The Willoughby, OH office is inside Chiro CLE at 38669 Mentor Ave. E. The Sewickley, PA office is at 400 Broad Street, Suite 1006. The Willoughby and Sewickley locations operate by appointment only.

Yes. Telemedicine is available to DPC members. Patients can also reach their care team through secure messaging on the ChARM Tracker patient portal.

Yes. The practice offers a complimentary curiosity call with a team member. That call answers general questions and helps prospective patients decide whether Practical Healing Center fits their needs. Scheduling this call is optional, not required before booking a first appointment.

Yes. Practical Healing Center offers pediatric services. Dr. Kristin Wenger and CJ Novince both have backgrounds caring for pediatric patients, and pediatrics is listed as a core service across the practice.
