About

At Phoenix Integrative Concierge Medicine, two board-certified physicians bring specialized depth to primary care in Phoenix, Arizona. Dr. Aspen Calkins and Dr. Scott Marquard co-founded the Arcadia-based practice after more than a decade serving patients at Thunderbird Family Medicine in Glendale. Both physicians hold academic appointments at the University of Arizona College of Medicine and Midwestern University School of Medicine. Phoenix Magazine named each of them a Top Doctor for 2026.

The practice carries particular expertise in conditions that challenge conventional care: EDS, POTS, MCAS, autonomic dysfunction, and connective tissue disorders. Dr. Calkins and Dr. Marquard keep their panel intentionally small so each patient receives thorough, longitudinal attention. The practice coordinates across cardiology, neurology, rheumatology, allergy, immunology, GI, pain management, and physical therapy. A single physician oversees that full picture for each member. Same or next business day scheduling covers acute concerns, and members reach their physician directly between visits.
