Percy Medical

Individual memberships start at $125 per month. Family memberships cost $200 per month and cover two adults and two children. Each additional child adds $25 per month. Percy Medical charges a one-time enrollment fee of $100 for individuals and $200 for families. Members who pay semi-annually receive a 5% discount, and annual payment earns a 10% discount.

Members receive a free annual wellness exam, $25 office visits, timely scheduling, quick referral processing, affordable in-house medications, and discounted lab work. The practice uses the Spruce application for easy, direct communication with Dr. Percy. Members also receive exclusive pricing on lab panels.

Percy Medical bills memberships monthly and requires a minimum three-month commitment. After that initial period, members continue on a month-to-month basis. Discounts apply for semi-annual or annual payment.

Percy Medical does not bill insurance for membership fees or office visits. The practice does work with insurance companies to obtain prior authorizations for medications, referrals, and advanced imaging. Percy Medical strongly encourages all patients to carry at least a catastrophic health plan for emergencies.

Percy Medical recommends that all patients maintain at least a catastrophic health plan for unexpected emergencies. That said, direct primary care can address up to 95% of all medical needs. Percy Medical serves uninsured patients as well as those in the gap between current coverage and Medicare eligibility.

Yes. Dr. Percy offers PRP consultations to non-members. No membership is required to pursue platelet-rich plasma therapy at Percy Medical. Prospective PRP patients can call the office at 207-300-4027 to schedule a consultation.

Yes. Percy Medical offers discounted lab work to non-members through Quest Diagnostics. No consultation is required to order labs. The practice emails results directly to the patient, and Dr. Percy offers a results discussion for an additional $49 fee.

Percy Medical uses the Spruce application for patient communication. Members can reach Dr. Percy through the app for questions, follow-ups, and non-urgent concerns. This direct line of communication is one of the core benefits of membership.

Yes. Percy Medical requires a complimentary meet-and-greet visit before establishing a patient relationship. The visit is non-medical and gives Dr. Percy and the prospective patient a chance to get acquainted, ask questions, and determine whether the practice is a good fit.

Percy Medical is not currently accepting new primary care patients. Non-members can still schedule a PRP consultation with Dr. Percy. Contact the office directly to inquire about future primary care availability.
