Pathway Direct Primary Care charges a one-time enrollment fee of $150 for individuals or $200 for families. Monthly membership runs $40 for children ages 6 months to 20 years, $95 for adults 21 to 64, and $110 for patients 65 and older. Families enrolling two children get additional children at no extra monthly charge. The membership requires a three-month minimum commitment and 30 days notice before cancellation.

The membership covers yearly physicals, same and next-day appointments, visits lasting 30 minutes to one hour, unlimited visits with no copays, annual lab panels (CBC, CMP, thyroid, lipid panel, and HbA1c), EKGs, strep and urine testing, earwax removal, cryotherapy, suturing, incision and drainage, casting and splinting, and medication injections including Toradol, B12, dexamethasone, and Zofran. Pap tests with HPV testing and dermatologic biopsies each carry a separate $100 fee without insurance.

Dr. Hussain handles many procedures in-office that patients would otherwise visit a specialist for. These include joint injections, skin biopsies, cryotherapy for lesions and skin tags, suturing for minor lacerations, incision and drainage of abscesses, EKGs, earwax removal, and contraceptive counseling. Most of these services fall within the membership fee at no additional charge.
