Initial longevity assessments take four to six hours and capture hundreds of clinical data points. Services include diagnostic labs, DEXA testing, CPET, spirometry, echocardiogram, ultrasound screening, sleep assessment, and strength evaluation. Ongoing care includes one-hour follow-ups, telehealth options, hormone and medication management, same-day sick visits, and referral coordination. Life Navigator services add case management and home visits for complex conditions.
