Yes. Individual memberships require the first four months paid at enrollment. Family memberships require at least one adult to pay four months upfront; remaining family members each pay one month upfront. Employer groups of five or more members do not pay any initiation fees.

Pacific Northwest Wellness Center requires a minimum four-month commitment from all members. To cancel, members must provide 30 days' written notice. If a former member chooses to rejoin, the practice may charge a re-initiation fee.
