The membership includes unlimited visits, same-day or next-business-day appointments, direct communication with your doctor, and discounted labs and imaging. There are no copays, deductibles, or surprise bills.

Yes. Open Arms Primary Care accepts HSA and FSA payments up to $150 per month. This makes the membership fee fully eligible for coverage through most health savings and flexible spending accounts.

The practice does not bill insurance for primary care visits. Patients pay the flat monthly membership fee directly. The practice recommends that members carry insurance for services outside the scope of primary care, such as specialist visits, hospitalizations, or emergency care.

Members text, call, or email their doctor directly. Open Arms does not route patients through call centers or front-office staff. Every message goes straight to the physicians, and the practice responds promptly.

Yes. Members access telehealth visits through secure video chat at no additional cost. Virtual visits cover many of the same concerns as in-person appointments, and members can schedule them the same way they would a regular visit.

Membership covers annual physicals, preventive care, chronic disease management, sick visits, reproductive and sexual health, gender-affirming care, mental and behavioral health support, health coaching, prescriptions, office-based procedures, cancer screening, and coordination of specialist referrals. Discounted labs and imaging are also included.

Yes. Open Arms Primary Care offers vasectomies for $750, which includes the consultation, procedure, and follow-up. A primary care membership is not required to schedule a vasectomy.

Yes. Members cancel anytime by providing 30 days written notice. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation penalties.
