OneLife Direct membership starts at $129 per month for an individual. A couple pays $199 per month. A family pays $249 per month regardless of whether the household has three or ten children. Dependent children up to age 25 qualify under the family rate. Memberships run month to month with no long-term contract.

The membership covers a broad range of primary care services with no co-pays or deductibles. Members receive treatment for infections, injuries, back pain, headaches, and allergies. The membership also includes chronic disease management, urgent care, digital X-ray, EKG, dermatology, women's health, men's health, medically supervised weight loss, fitness and nutrition programs, discounted labs and medications, and coordination of care to hospitals and specialists.

Members contact Dr. Dugger directly by text, phone, or virtual office visit 24 hours a day, seven days a week. OneLife Direct does not route members through call centers or after-hours services. Members connect with Dr. Dugger directly.

No. OneLife Direct does not require insurance for membership. The practice does encourage members to carry a major medical insurance plan or a health sharing plan to cover hospitalization and specialty care needs. A high-deductible plan paired with a Health Savings Account can work well alongside membership.

OneLife Direct does not bill insurance for membership services. In-network or out-of-network status does not affect your membership coverage. Your monthly fee covers primary care regardless of your insurance plan.
