One Heart Cardiology does not accept insurance for membership fees. However, Dr. Shah uses your insurance for testing, medications, prior authorizations, and labs. She can also see Medicare patients and provides super bills where applicable. Patients should keep their existing insurance for hospital stays, emergencies, and procedures.

Every membership tier includes 24/7 direct call and text access to Dr. Shah. Members also communicate through HIPAA-protected portal messaging and email. Premium and Elite members receive unlimited personal communication. Dr. Shah personally contacts patients with test results within 24 hours of receiving them.

All membership tiers include visits of up to 90 minutes. Dr. Shah also offers same-day or next-day appointments, so members do not wait weeks for access. Elite members with evening and weekend availability have the most scheduling flexibility.

Yes. Dr. Shah offers telehealth visits for Florida patients. These virtual visits give members access to Dr. Shah from anywhere in the state without an in-office appointment.

Heart360 is a six-month executive cardiac physical program priced at $6,000. It focuses on comprehensively assessing coronary artery disease risk and building a prevention or treatment plan. The program includes cardiac CT with Cleerly AI plaque analysis and echocardiogram as needed, with Dr. Shah directly reviewing all results. Heart360 operates separately from the annual membership tiers.

Yes. One Heart Cardiology limits its patient panel to preserve the quality and depth of each member's care. Dr. Shah built the practice specifically to avoid the volume constraints of traditional cardiology, where visits often ran only 10 to 15 minutes.
