The BASIC membership starts at $80 per month for the first child. Each additional family member adds $15 per month, and discounted packages are available for larger families. On-call Mama Doc Pediatrics also charges a one-time enrollment fee per child for ALL-ACCESS membership, with a family discount available. Need-based discounts apply across all services.

Both membership tiers cover all well-child visits, same-day or next-day scheduling, extended unhurried appointments, virtual visits, school and sports physicals, and coordination of medical care with no co-pays or hidden fees. The BASIC plan includes up to 10 in-office sick visits per year. The ALL-ACCESS plan adds unlimited sick visits, up to two home visits per year within ten minutes of the clinic, 24/7 direct access to Dr. Ali, and point-of-care testing for strep, flu, COVID, and urinalysis.

The practice does not bill insurance or accept insurance payments for membership fees. Families with or without insurance are welcome. The practice recommends that members maintain a separate health insurance policy, ideally a PPO plan, to cover hospital or emergency care if a serious event occurs.

Yes. On-call Mama Doc Pediatrics extends care to non-members, including visiting families and seasonal residents. Non-member fees apply, such as $120 or more for a new patient office visit, $150 or more for an urgent visit, and $80 or more for a telemedicine consult.

Prospective families can book a free consultation directly through the practice. Dr. Ali schedules a meet-and-greet before enrollment. The practice accepts patients on a rolling basis and does not require insurance to join.

Yes. On-call Mama Doc Pediatrics offers virtual visits by phone or video. Members schedule same-day or next-day telemedicine appointments with direct access to Dr. Ali, not a nurse or assistant. Virtual visits are available to non-members as well.

This package delivers six weeks of in-home pediatric care and lactation support for new parents. It includes a prenatal consult, five home visits, unlimited feeding assistance, and maternal postpartum monitoring. Dr. Ali also conducts a hospital visit and a newborn home visit in the first week after birth. The package suits both first-time parents and experienced families adding a new baby.

Yes. On-call Mama Doc Pediatrics believes every child deserves quality pediatric care regardless of health insurance status. Families with insurance, without insurance, and those enrolled in Medicaid who sign a private pay agreement are all welcome.

Yes. Dr. Ali Rodriguez Garcia conducts appointments in both English and Spanish. All practice materials and communications are available in both languages.
