Reformative Medicine is NuWell's proprietary clinical framework, developed by Dr. Szczepanski. It combines nutritional genetic testing, PCR-based gut mapping, and a comprehensive metabolic lab panel to identify root causes of health concerns. The approach builds personalized protocols designed for long-term optimization rather than symptom management.

NuWell offers two primary membership tiers. The Concierge plan runs $400 per month or $4,400 annually and includes all wellness and acute visits, bi-annual comprehensive wellness assessments, 24/7 team access, auto-ship supplements, and 10% off testing and services. The Direct plan offers an annual wellness assessment and 24/7 access, with acute care visits billed separately starting at $75 for adults and $50 for pediatric patients.

New patients can complete an initial consultation and any associated testing without a membership commitment. After that first visit, NuWell asks patients to choose a membership level. The initial workup provides the diagnostic data needed to build a personalized care plan.

Yes. Most NuWell services and testing qualify for HSA or FSA reimbursement. The practice provides documentation when patients need it for reimbursement purposes.

NuWell does not contract with medical insurance for in-clinic primary care services. The practice accepts HSA and FSA funds for most services and testing. Membership fees are paid directly by the patient.

Yes. S. Certain testing options and coaching services are available remotely, so patients outside of Sandestin, FL and New Orleans, LA can still access the Reformative Medicine approach.

KidsWell is NuWell's pediatric program available at all clinic locations. It uses gene-based nutritional medicine to address root causes of health concerns in children. The initial KidsWell consult costs $600 and includes a full history review, comprehensive physical exam, and a personalized wellness pathway. Dr. Lauren Hernandez leads the program as Chief Medical Officer.

Sophrosyne Elite is a one-year concierge wellness experience designed for executives and high-performers. Dr. Szczepanski leads the program. It includes custom genetic analysis, comprehensive labs, a premium nutraceutical regimen, a personalized nutrition and fitness plan, unlimited health coaching, biological age testing, three specialized pathway tests covering gut, brain, and adrenal health, and 24/7 access to a concierge coordinator.

NuWell offers IV fusion therapy through its SoWell Aesthetics and Therapeutics arm. Options include hydration drips, the Myers cocktail, glutathione, high-dose vitamin C, NAD+ therapy, and the proprietary DNA Drip formulated by Dr. Szczepanski based on each patient's genetic makeup. Add-on injections and boosters are also available.

NuWell operates SoWell Aesthetics and Therapeutics as its medical spa arm. Services include Botox, fillers, microneedling, facials and peels, medical-grade skin care, vaginal rejuvenation using fractional CO2 laser and radiofrequency, body sculpting, K Laser therapy, and PRP therapy.
