At Novara Health, three physicians deliver relationship-centered primary care from their Lancaster, PA office. Dr. Christopher Hager founded the practice in 2016, guided by the belief that trust between a patient and physician is the cornerstone of excellent care. Dr. Laura DiPaolo joined in 2025, bringing fellowship-trained expertise in sports medicine. Dr. Stephanie Onguka also practices with the team, with clinical interests in women's health and family medicine.
