The Art of Wellness visit is Novara's signature annual health planning session. Each visit runs approximately 60 minutes and includes a full physical exam, a review of medical history and lab results, and collaborative wellness goal-setting. The practice designs this visit to feel unhurried and thorough, giving members a clear health roadmap for the year ahead.

Novara sees patients ages 5 and up. The practice considers itself a concierge family practice, serving children, adults, busy professionals, athletes, and patients managing chronic conditions.

Dr. Hager and Dr. DiPaolo are currently not accepting new patients, but Novara maintains a waitlist for both physicians. Novara uses Epic Electronic Health Records, the same system used by Penn Medicine, Mayo Clinic, Cleveland Clinic, and Johns Hopkins. The practice also offers onsite CLIA-waived lab testing for conditions including strep, flu, COVID, and mono. Advanced cardiac testing, continuous glucose monitor setup, and health trackers like the Oura Ring round out the practice's diagnostic capabilities.
