Adult memberships at Northward Health cost $110 per month. Child memberships for ages 10 to 17 cost $80 per month and require an adult membership. All new members pay a one-time $150 enrollment fee. The monthly fee covers all primary care visits with no copays or per-visit charges.

The monthly membership covers the full scope of primary care. That includes annual wellness exams, chronic disease management, acute and urgent care visits, mental health support for depression and anxiety, women's health, in-office procedures, care coordination and referrals, and medication management. Appointments run 30 to 60 minutes, and Dr. Lawler offers same-day or next-day availability for urgent needs.

The membership covers primary care only. It does not cover hospital stays, surgeries, emergency care, specialist visits, prescription medications, labs and imaging costs, or care from other providers. Members remain responsible for costs outside the scope of the practice agreement.

Yes. Members contact Dr. Lawler directly by phone, text, or email during business hours. Dr. Lawler responds personally rather than routing messages through a nurse line or call center.

Some HMO and Medicare Advantage HMO plans may not work well alongside a direct primary care practice. If you carry an HMO plan, contact your insurance company before joining to understand any limitations or coverage requirements.
